Just got back from donating blood.  As a person who is at least 28 days from getting COVID-19 and now fully recovered, I am eligible for donating plasma that researchers will test on people who are critically ill.  Would be great if it helps....fingers crossed.

Yes, thank you SO much.  I'll donate as soon as I can.  I'm O-, Universal red cell donor.   Universal plasma donor has Type AB blood

I want some of your blood, BKP.  You got the antibodies, now, baby !

In the hospital that I am interning for our COVID patients are being treated with convalescent plasma and Remdesivir. We have been seeing promising results. Thank you for donating!

Thanks DD. Just did my second donation in the last week.  8 plasma donations total.  It does seem to be a fairly effective therapeutic from what I'm told.  Hopefully there'll be an accessible and safe vaccine soon since a large portion of the population refuses to follow simple and proven prevention measures.
