Congratulations @richard! 2 Months smoke free is no easy task, as I know you can appreciate. Sorry you are still struggling at times but stay the course as quitting does continue to get better the longer you shut down those nicotine receptors in your brain and discover how great the benefits of being a non smoker are. Keep climbing - you'll get there. Celebrate this 2nd milestone and treat yourself to something nice today :)

richard...this is AMAZING. This is HUGE. If you can do two months, you can keep doing one day at a time, one hour at a time, one minute at a time, until the end of your time here on Earth. And if you can stay quit for two whole months, I can do it too (currently at 14 hours) Congratulations...please keep going!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
