Congrats Linda on your final monthly Woo-Hoo before you are piped onto the Lido Deck - only 1 month away now!

You came here full of doubt and trepidation about quitting and in 11 short months have found yourself and created not only a strong quit but have helped so many others seeking the same thing. That's what makes this a special place and you are a cornerstone of that place. Hope you celebrate the occasion and we'll all look forward to your very own special day next month :)

Linda -- 11 months so soon and look at all the good you have done (not only for yourself but others).  Those lights on the Lido deck should be getting pretty bright now.  Seriously take some time to celebrate today then start that countdown to the Lido deck!!!!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
