Great work Ankush! Another month completed in your quit; congratulations! Those first months are not easy but you are doing all the right things to change your life for the better by fighting nicotine addiction and you are slowly gaining the upper hand on it. It's hard work so be sure to celebrate by treating yourself to something nice today. Rewards are important along the way.

And, keep up the good work. It WILL be worth it :)

Thank you!!! And you are right, it is a lot of hard work fighting those triggers. Couldn't have done it without the support on Quittrain and watching Joel's videos...thanks again

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
