Hi Everyone

Been Awol for a while, but still very much smoke free - i had really no idea how long it has been. Some lovely messages to return to, you people are truly greT.

Work has been keeping me too busy, and Ive crossed off my lifetime dream of building my own house - and that only 4 years after having a smoking caused heart attack and then being convinced the house build dream was over....

keep the quit, its so worth it and life does get so much better afterwards!

much love!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
