Congratulations @Wren18 for being 1 year smoke free!!

Well done Wren on keeping your quit through a whole year of events. I should be so proud of your efforts. So tell us, how are you planning to celebrate... I mean besides the awesome party we are throwing for you on the Lido Deck... Thanks for sharing your journey with us and also for the support and advice you offer to the newbies. So here's to the first year of being smoke free, and many more to come.

We've wait 12 months to throw this party... come and enjoy!

Wren congrats on getting to the Lido Deck, awesome job.  You have done so well and offered so much to the site.  Enjoy the day but leave some room on the deck since a couple more of us will be arriving this week!!!

Congratulations Wren on your first year of freedom.

Your posts were always ones that I looked forward to seeing. They always had warmth and joy in them and that is how I see you as a person.

I'm so very pleased to have you alongside me on this journey and wish you many more smoke free years to come!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
