Congratulations @catlover for being smoke free for 11 months.

Well done, and as you start your last month as a newbie make sure you pause to celebrate all your work and dedication to be smoke free and build such a wonderful quit. It has been great sharing this journey with you, your Nope always bring a smile and you are always will to help out and support your fellow travelers we are lucky to have you with us. Get those bags packed, your next stop is the Lido Deck and I can see your boat coming in.

Wow, 11 months, just 1 month away from the Lido Deck.

What a phenomenal quit you've had, and really admire the support you provide on the forums.

Wishing you an amazing 2019 and congratulations.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
