Merry Christmas and a very big NOPE.

I loved waking up Chrissy morning and not having to miss the kids reactions while I was in the yard having a durry.... missed it last year with not sleeping and all....it was a glorious feeling... So today is Christmas Day and for those not of the Christian Persuasion or the Commercial Bent today is also Wedesday 25th of December and Pumpkin Pie Day... so we eat pumpkin as a savory veg down here so pumpkin pie is not something i have ever had.... so if you don't want to Christmas... why not Pumpkin Pie.

NOPE... not missing a single minute to feed an addiction.

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
