Congrats on 4 years Janet!

you were one of the good ones! From the beginning you had a grasp of what you would need to,do, and took the challenge and ran with it! ( see what I did there? :15_yum:)

i may may have had a little time on you, but you were a valuable "quit buddy" and I really appreciate all you have done here!

good luck in your new venture in the "lower 48" !!

(you should have picked something warmer than Alaska....not colder....)

now that hat you have quit smoking, maybe a little more oxygen will reach the brain and you can start making better decisions! :36_flushed:;):15_yum:

Congrats Janet...your the best!!

Thank you!  It seems like so long ago.  It is by far the best decision I've made in my life.  Not only for better health, but for the freedom and peace of mind.

If you're just starting out or have months/years under your belt, keep going.  Don't ever turn back.  You will be rewarded tenfold.  Well, it's immeasurable really.

Gotta ❤️ the QT!  Thank you bunches!!

You can call her Janet.  You can call her Daisy.  You can call her Bigfoot.  You can call her RunFree.

An awesome, smokefree chick by any name.

Good job DaisyFree.  Congratulations.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
