NOPE

Lilac,

Glad to see you are done.  I don't know if you have introduced yourself but have seen you in a few posts.  Why don't you introduce yourself so we can all get to know you.

This is one of the most wonderful decisions you have made for yourself.  We are all here to help you through it.  Pledging nope is a great start.

Now is the time to get back your life and rid yourself of this addiction!

Linda

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
