Jayhawk is 5 Month Smoke Free

Recommended Posts

Congratulations @Jayhawk for being 5 month's smoke free.

Well done on 5 months free of smoking. What a great quit you are growing there. Its great to see the regular NOPErs succeeding. So celebrations are still important, so are rewards, especially during these in between months.... make sure you take the time to do something special... and make sure you tell us all just what that is :D Almost half way to the first year... keep up your fantastic work.

Great job Jayhawk! 6 months is a really solid quit. Be sure to reward yourself today to recognize your efforts.

We'll look forward to seeing you next month at the 1/2 year mark :)

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
