Congratulations @Kdad for being 2 months smoke free!

Well done Kdad for being smoke free for 2 whole months. You are going so well and I love your psychedalic NOPEs everyday, just keep NOPEing and before you even realise we will be welcoming you to the Lido deck. Well done too on the support you give to others around the boards. So, rewards are important, we know you have got a cleaner in, nice one and I bet the missus loves it too, but you need to do something special today to celebrate. Would love to know what you choose to do.... something fun I hope.

Great Job Kdad! 2 months is a huge accomplishment and you are now in serious quit territory. Celebrate the occasion, reward yourself then carry on!

Just think ... you can still do those crazy Dad things that Mom hates but the kid loves but now, nobody smells the stink of cigarettes on you.

That's Huge :)

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
