Congratulations @DragonsFancy for being one month smoke free.

Well done on getting through the hardest month of your quit. You did it with class and style too. I love you blog and it will be helping people you haven't even met yet as I know there will be lurkers reading and your words will be what makes at least one person decide they can do this too so well done and thank you. So rewards are huge and really important. You need to celebrate this massive milestone and do something special to reward yourself for this achievement. It doesn't have to be big or expensive but you need to do something to celebrate because that's all part of rewiring those receptors. We would love to know how you celebrated.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
