Congratulations on making it through those three weeks Kdad. This is a great achievement.

Make sure you take notice of all the good things this is bringing and keep focusing on remaining smoke free. If you can address other changes you want to make at the same time then more power to you. Try not to give yourself too much to achieve all at once though.

Congratulations on week 3 of sticking to your quit, you've told your mind that it doesn't need nicotine, and nicotine doesn't drive you.

Kudos to your spirit and resilience.

Best of luck for the road ahead.

Thanks for the support! Means a lot. Cold outside tonight. Looking forward to a winter where I don't need to take breaks outside.

Yes! No freezing your hind-end off this winter and no running out from gatherings with family and friends this holiday season too :)

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
