Morning NOPErs.. welcome to another fun Monday... the Yanky Doodles have a bucket full of special days but the UN gives us International Day of the Seafarer...so because a bunch of sailors went to sea, sea, sea to the see what they could sea, sea, sea and they saw Australia I say thank you seafarers... and thanks to the new crop who bring all those things made overseas to our fine shores so we can but things in our shops....now we do have another Global day....It was in the year 1960, on a foggy island found Nor-Norwest of Spain that music history changed forever.  Four young lads came together to form what would be one of the most influential rock bands to ever come out of England, if not the entire world.  We’re speaking, of course, of the Beatles.  Paul McCartney, George Harrison, John Lennon, and Ringo Starr.  These four boys came together to change the world one song at a time. So for Global Beatles Day....

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
