Feeling the love. Thank you all very much.

I am doing really well. The moments of crave are farther apart, sometimes days. I am not obsessing like previous attempts.

My health is slowly improving. I have been checked head to toe, stress tested, arteries ultrasounded. I have some blockage, but as long as I stay off the smokes my doctors have told me I won’t have to take pills or have any repairs done for the near future.

This is huge news. I sadly will admit, since I quit I felt my health sliding, my energy has disappeared, I was afraid that my quit was too late.

I know I smoked too long. I am happy that for the time being my body will begin to mend and the smoking seems to be fading into a nasty memory.

Your constant support is huge, I thank you from the bottom of my heart.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
