How Did I Do It?

So my girlfriend and I went to a concert last week in San Francisco (Jamiroquai, if you must know). This is the first, big indoor concert I've been to since I quit.

Let's just say there was no lack of smoking at the venue. Pot, cigarettes, you name it. It was pretty disgusting, but whatever, it was a concert, so I didn't really care.

Well, I didn't care until the next morning, that is. I woke up coughing like I had emphysema. I couldn't believe it. What's worse is my EYES WERE BURNING! So much so that I couldn't even wear my contact lenses.  I seriously thought I got pink eye, they were so red and sore.

Three days this went on. Three days of discomfort from one night of inhaling smoke...

I swear, I don't know how on earth I smoked for 30 years.

That is all.

NOPE!

Did they play "cosmic girl"?

Now with the important discussion taken care of...

It was probably just your body and senses getting pissed off. They are conditioned now to NOT deal with smoke. Plus you said people were smoking cigs, pot, you name it...

Probably the fumes of some crack, spice, vape, big fat people farting in excitement, etc... Had it been JUST tobacco smoke you probably would have been ok.

You think that stuff is bad though - you should smell my car's exhaust.
