  1. Congratulations @RoryPlog for being 9 months smoke free. Well done on joining the 75%er club. You are now officially 3/4ers of the way through our first year. Well done on having such a great quit happening. Make sure you do a something special to spoil yourself.

You are doing so well with your quit and you have a real sild base set up for the rest of your smoke free life. Thanks for everything you do around the boards to support everyone else. Its great being on this journey with you. So 3/4 of the way to your first year deserves a big reward, let us know how you celebrated.

You are doing so well and its great to see you back on the boards. So 2/3 is definitely cause for celebration, make sure you drop on to let us know how you rewarded yourself.

Well done Ela... you are so close now to that Lido Deck and freedom.... smell that, its clean air but sure there is a hint of brine to it.... best get packing, you have 1 month left until you are an old pharte... one month until you have ticked off that hardest of years. I am so happy you are feeling so confident with your quit. Eleven months is a huge achievement... see you next month for the celebrations... until then here is the special Lido Deck packing 101...

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
