  1. Way to go egg. Seven....seems like a lifetime ago you were new and gabby as a bunch of hens....good work and reward yourself
  2. Anyone want to guess what I plan today? did you say a beer?
  3. I got about 7 watches. Favorite is a self winder- that I don’t wear enough so it always need wound. reward today
  4. Post your reward for today. What did you do for yourself for making one more day? what’s the importance? First quitting is hard work. Real fudged at time’s especially when under six months. Not whole time so don’t be discouraged, just a ball buster here and there and here again. so why post? To remember to treat yourself. Sorry your non smoking friends aren’t going to reward you. It’s life, they may or may not really care. Or feel you should just do it and that’s the end of it. it’s not. It’s work and you get paid for completing it. Pay yourself. Big days- big rewards. Everyday something, even as small as a candy bar, extra cookie, comb, new finger nail polish. pack costing around $10 a day now, don’t have to spend it all, but your worth something. Can even be an activity which is free. Spend the time on yourself. so what’s it going to be today. Mine is some swimming pool time and a beer later. Closing on 9 years soon and bought our retirement home in Florida, still working but enjoying it today on vacation. PS. Yesterday was same thing but maybe a couple beers
  5. Shut up and quit. Then post all the problems you want. Make all the complaints you need. you may be a dummy, but even dummies hold their breath underwater. 10,000 reason you can’t quit. 1 good reason to quit. Yourself. Lets go hillbilly. Tell yourself it’s over, been fun but now your done. it’s changed and no longer works for your life.
  6. Today was double meat on sandwich I think tomorrow reward might be something sexual....
  7. Thank you everyone for your great friendships. Window licking morons.
  8. You big dum hillbilly. How did that first one taste- bad. We know it. Bet your getting used to that headache it gave too. Oh well. Come back soon asshat.
  9. Thats a cool tat... another day- just had a mid morning cookie. for fcks sake one cookie is not going to hurt the diet which is really me just being hungry and not losing any weight.
  10. Another day and today I made myself a big breakfast with SAUSAGE.
  11. We all know what your doing for an hour in the bed or tub.....same thing the Martian is going to be looking at on new computer.... Another day-----todays reward was a banana muffin. been watching the sweets but today said F-it and had the muffin
  12. Where are the newbies? Most important the first 100 days. Reward yourself everyday with a candy bar or magazine. First two weeks it should be mandatory. today my quit is a few years and a day more i had a hot tea(36 degrees out) while watching traffic go by slamming on their brakes on way to work. Funny how my car makes them reconsider their speed. also waiting for boogers family to report him missing. Sure he gets lost just playing peekaboo

Something positive your going to do for yourself today And here's why.... 100k posts of people just saying hi with a number, a SOS with a plan and all who responded last week, supporting a fellow member, Because you quit- dont matter how long- you quit, Nobody else in real world is really paying attention that you earned something today for being you and quitting. SO I will go first.... 1. Bunch of years 2. Piece of cake after dinner and 10 minutes of listening to a couple songs (American Pie just came on) will be my reward for 3/29/21

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
