    I've set a date to get back my life back to normal. Do I feel slight apprehension. Naturally. Am I excited? Yes. 

     

    With all the love I'm getting and this amazing forum, the universe is shouting a huge YES. And to think I nearly left. When you want something badly enough, the whole universe will conspire to help you achieve it. 

     

    I'll be sticking close.

      The people who approach their quit as though it's a positive, life changing challenge rather than a woe is me hardship they have to endure tend to do much, much better in achieving their ultimate goal.

       

      Positivity wins out over negativity 100% of the time :)

      Needed a break for a bit and had LOTS of house painting to do as well - good progress (on both fronts) now though :)

      That's "Painter Pig"! According to instructions from the Boss lady ..... I'll be painting my house from top to bottom - everything including trim work and doors ? When Painter Pig disappears, you'll know I'm finished. It's my safe way to silently protest this request :15_yum:

    Hi Saz, Just heard about sub-Tropical Storm Alberto. Thinking of you and hoping you stay dry.

      Is that crap starting up already this year??? Seems we just got over last year's hurricane season but yeah, I guess it all starts up in June each year so ............. here we go ?

       

      Certainly odd though as there's a place here in Canada that has got over a foot of snow in the past 2 days - Gander Newfoundland. They are still using their snowblowers over there ?

    @Ol' Ozzie Looney-Bird, Is Notsmokinjo in the WPP(witness protection program)? The whisper Tiger disappearance/change upset a few, what did i miss? What happened? Was it time for a change?

    I accessed the tickers but can't figure out where in my profile to load it up so it will show? Tried "edit profile" but didn't see a signature edit. What should I be looking for in my profile to add the ticker?

    First post since May 2017.  Still proudly smoke-free.   I was once quite active on another forum (who am I kidding? y'all know it is QSMB) but then my non-smoking life took over and I didn't pop on as often.  Usually a few times a week, once a day if I could. I miss the other place and question whether or not I need this place.  Answer:  I do need this place and I'm glad QT has been so welcoming and kind to us!!   I have no idea yet where to post my stats.  So, I'll start here:  I quit cold turkey Sept 26, 2016.  The support from my previous forum was key in helping KTQ.  That is one reason why I continued to pop on over there-to pay it forward.  I will pop on from time to time here and offer support as I"m able.  I don't physically post NOPE much anymore but I whisper it often.

      It is up to + 5 today and the sun is out too. Windy as hell but considering we had 40 cm of snow 2 weeks ago ..... I'll take this weather over snow!!

    Trying to sort my profile a wee bit better and  this box says !" Weite a message on your own feed" but geez for the life of me .. Once i hit send i don't  see ot again...!!!!
