  13. Not at my house either. lol When I quit, I only let myself have one a day because that's what I did when I smoked - drank coffee all day and night. Lately though, it's been gradually increasing cup by cup. Pumpkin Spice coffee, wherever I can find it. There are only a couple of places I can get it year round. Dunkin Donuts, I use to live there. Occasionally, I'll have a blueberry iced from there now. I wish I could drink it black, I have tried. I don't use sugar any longer, but cannot live without the half & half. No fancy coffee maker for me. I use a Keurig, but use my own ground coffee. Now I want coffee!
  14. Oh well, it was bound to happen...I used up my likes for the day!
  15. Hi Pip...Love your avatar. Be careful though, Beacon might steal it...
  16. You pick two things to choose from, they should be somehow related; the next person answers which they like better, then posts the next two things. I'll start... Sweet or Salty

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
