  7. Ever ruin a favorite shirt, sweater, sofa, etc with a cig burn? Hated it.

      Yep, my cosy jacket has a cigarette burn in it still... Haven't been able to find a good replacement even after 2 years!

  8. My dad died 11 years ago today. Lung cancer. Smoking sucks

  9. Guinea piggies are doing better. Proud of Guus for fighting himself outta dangerious situation and recovering. Guus had bad chewing teeth and Vit C shortness so we fight to let him eat the candy vit c, Boris won't take it but I don't think he needs it. LOVE my piggies!

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
