  1. Thanks everyone! I spent all day outside working (in mid 20* temps! ). I did forget that it was my quit date, but a toad hopped onto my Facebook page and reminded me! As always….even though it’s never even a thought anymore…..it’s still 1 day at a time… to all the newbies…listen to all the advise…we have all been where you are. Something will click and your quit will grow!

  19. Hi Linda punch the wall , scream and shout, cry, have a shower, go to bed or for a walk! ANYTHING…. BUT DO NOT SMOKE! it solves nothing, and will spiral you into a depression that you will most definately want to claw your way out of again. you are doing so well, bad days will always happen as a smoker or not. Dig deep and find that positivity and determination to hang on to your great quit. I am sending you positive vibes

  23. Looks cold for sure @Mac#23. I really like this time of year in AZ, we get to see some clouds occasionally. 45 low and 73 for a high make some great temps to get outside.

  25. Hear me out...BooCoin! A nice looking piece, not quite silver but rather a nickel and copper mix. They shine up real nice though. On one side we have George Washington, the first President of these United States with the phrase "In God We Trust"...nice touch. On the other side, there is an engraving of the majestic bald eagle. You might also notice the phrase E pluribus unum. That's Latin for "One BooCoin, Much Wealth." You can be a part of the BooCoin revolution for only $1.00 per unit. **LEGAL NOTICE** I just remembered that even big shots like Tom Brady are getting pinched for their involvement with FTX. For the record, I'm only having a laugh about selling folks quarters for a dollar a pop. And that kids is how you cover your ass.

  26. oooh, get over it, tell the woman the truth, we should be allowed be right once ever 10 years or so!! Bring her some flowers or her favorite treat, get down on your knees and admit she was right. Good heavens, she carried your beautiful babies! I think it okay for her to be right this time. We will review your behaviour in 10 fast years.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
