  1. Feeling less depressed and eating a little better. Going to go for a walk and play some music later with friends. Just wanted to check in a little more because I tend to isolate lately.

I understand what you are saying about being cranky and not being able to get away from your own self. As I understand it, these feelings should get better the longer we stay quit. We can keep doing this! Jeff

  12. I'm trying not to get too excited but it appears we're getting another week of winter starting tomorrow! And rain!! So since I missed the other week of winter in December I'm going to try to make up for it by either cooking beef stew or potato soup. Decisions, decisions

  20. @Judithis too shall pass. I never used a swear word before I started quitting. I had been married 41 years and found that tears and yelling had not affect anymore. The day I let my first f*** out my husband took notice! I loved the power I gained with my quit! Yes, I was crabby in the beginning of my quit. Now, I mean business!

  23. Thanks, Linda. I’m still quit but I’m surprised I’m still married! LOL I’m so cranky I can’t stand being around myself. I’d like to get away from me, but everywhere I go, there I am. I hope you’re doing it with a happier face than I am. Hang in there.
